Turn a Drawing Into an Animated Character That Blinks and Bounces
Leaflit Studio is where your child makes an animated character of their own. They can draw it on paper and upload a photo of the drawing, or describe it and let the AI draw it. The studio then makes short animation clips of that character, one step at a time: standing still, talking, saying hello and goodbye, looking happy, sad or surprised, winking, nodding and dancing.
When the clips are ready, the webcam brings the character to life. When your child talks, it talks. When they smile, it smiles. When they turn their head, it turns. Every clip is also saved as a see-through animation, so the character can be dropped into a video, shared, or used as the body of a Living Avatar that talks back.
What you control: the site is locked to safe-for-work content when it is built, and that cannot be switched off on this domain. Making pictures and clips uses tokens on the account you signed in with, and everything is saved to that account's library. This is the full step-by-step studio rather than a simplified one, so younger children will want a grown-up beside them for the first run.

- Draw the character on paper and upload it, or describe it and let AI draw it
- Short animation clips: standing, talking, hello, goodbye, happy, sad, surprised, wink, dance

- Every clip saves as a see-through animation your child can share or reuse
- Content is locked safe-for-work on this site and cannot be switched off
How it works
- Name your character and generate its image with AI, or upload a sprite.
- Generate each animation clip from a pre-written prompt, pick the take you like, and set the loop point.
- Cut out the background with chroma key and save the clip to its slot in the model.
- Add camera reactions and hotkey moves, then copy the OBS URL and go live with your webcam.
Frequently asked questions
What does my child make here?
An animated version of a character they drew or described. The studio generates clips of it standing, talking, greeting, and showing feelings such as happy, sad or surprised. Together the clips make a character that moves on screen and follows your child's face through the webcam.
Does my child need to draw well?
No. A rough paper drawing is enough to start, and the AI can also draw the character from a description. The studio fills in the animation, so the child's job is choosing the character and picking the takes they like.
Is it safe?
The site ships only family-appropriate tools and is locked to safe-for-work content when it is built. That lock cannot be switched off on this domain. The character does not chat or talk on its own; it only plays the animations your child made.
What do I control as a parent?
The account. Making pictures and clips uses tokens on the account you signed in with, and everything made is saved to that account's library where you can see it. The studio is the full step-by-step tool, so younger children will want you beside them for the first run.
Can the character be used anywhere else?
Yes. Clips export as see-through animations you can drop into a video, and a saved character can become the body of a Living Avatar, which gives it a voice and lets it talk back to your child.
